We all want to be powerful, but there are some powers that are just broken. And there are so many things you can do that I don't quite see a reason as to why you'd want to use these in particular anyway. But, nonetheless, we have finite power here, and these are going to be powers that aren't accepted:
This list may or may not be changed as time goes on, and more powers are created, but please to try to stick to the magic schools we've created. If you would like a new school introduced to Kalg'rai, then please bring it up to the administrators and we'll see about making it work. Also note, when making your character here, you only get one free weapon and magic school. After that, you must role play your character's learning secondary magics and/or weaponry.
- Time Manipulation: Do I really need to explain how broken this is? Don't use it.
- Instant Mind-Control: It is one thing to work up a five-turn charged attack that can then take control of someone, but being able to instantly control another character is not fair in any means. Please, just avoid this one altogether, that's my recommendation. If you must use it, then use it wisely.
- "Unbreakable" Barriers/"Unstoppable" Spells: There has to be a way around it, to break it/stop it, something. Granted, you're going to have a hell of an issue trying to stop a 5-turn charged attack, but if you use a quick-draw/no-charge attack, there can and will be ways to stop it.
